The recipe of this JAMAICA EDITION is based on a malt blend of twelve different specialty malts

we added some honey from our own bee hives in Lot

popularly known as Robert the Bruce

Spontaneously fermented

Whisky Infused

fermented on the lees for 2 months before bottling this fruity cuvée

The final fruit intensity is 304 grams of plums per litre of finished Pruim

The beets were carefully selected and harvested from our own field

Sour cherries were macerated partly on young peated lambik and partly on two-year old straight lambik in a stainless steel tank
