Grown in the fertile valley of Inza, Colombia, La Piramide is the result of an extraordinary collaboration between three hundred small scale coffee producers. Their farms, typically less than 5 acres, are nestled at altitudes ranging from 1,700 to 2,000 meters above sea level. The modest scale of these farms means that individual producers often face the risk of being overlooked by roasters
