(24 x16) I first got into using resin with my woodwork, combining wood and resin to make clocks and tables and experimenting with different powered pigments and colours. I then realised that I could paint with them and started making some boards up. It was a steep learning curve as I made many many mistakes

Resin doesn’t always do what you want as lots of different factors can change the outcome

This clock is made from America black walnut with pearlescent white resin

25cm/10” diameter

it opens from the top and has a rest for the lid once opened

This clock is 280mm in diameter (11”) and is made from salvaged oak from my local forest

it has 5 draws which are all lined with dark brown felt and it is finished with 2 coats of clear wax
