MATILDA NONA | 'Biyudth' | Linoprint / Natural Pigments
Description
MATILDA NONA | 'Biyudth' | Linoprint / Natural Pigments"Biyudh is a mangrove pod, it was one of our staple foods in the old days, which is no longer devoured today. The process of preparing the Biyudh is to grind all the green stems to a pulp, and then all the excess juices squeezed out. It is then wrapped up in tree bark and soaked in running streams for a period of time and then dried. Once dried it is ready to be eaten."
