Redwood Empire Pipe Dream Bourbon WhiskeyRedwood Empire's flagship bourbon, Pipe Dream*, is a blend of whiskies that were distilled in Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, and California resulting in a derived mash bill of 73% corn, 18% rye, 5% malted barley, and 4% wheat. The components were aged between four and fourteen years before bottling at 90 proof. Pipe Dream is a delicious example of a classic bourbon profile with flavors of maple, oak, vanilla, and caramel with a touch of spiced fruit.
