2017 Domaine Tissot "En Spois" Vin Jaune, Jura, FranceABOUT THIS WINE Crafted exclusively from the Savagnin grape, this Vin Jaune originates from the "En Spois" vineyard, characterized by its clay soils and eastern exposure. The grapes are hand harvested and fermented with indigenous yeasts. The wine then undergoes a minimum of six years of oxidative aging under a veil of yeast ("sous voile") in old oak barrels, without topping up, resulting in its distinctive depth and complexity.
