Nectar CraftThis 2023 Myriad blend was crafted from three of our dearest varieties. With 55% Chardonnay, 25% Chenin Blanc, and 20% Riesling, we created a structured wine with beeswax and honeycomb aromatics, nectarine and peach fruit, and a thread of lively acidity that brightens the finish. Nectar Craft was blended using some of our best barrels from the vintage and although it drinks splendidly in youth, it will also age wonderfully. 150 cases produced

and the well-integrated intensity of the barrels spirals through the wine from start to finish while the ripe nectarine and peach fruit leaps gently around the palate

where such inspired blends are served in a large carafe alongside local cuisine

and we let it settle for two days in steel before racking into four neutral barrels

Its poignant acidity ensures great aging potential although it is drinking beautifully now
