Pecorino d'Abruzzo L'Orso - Diversitas100% Pecorino from Abruzzo, Italy. Vegan. Diversitas is based in the Loreto Aprutino, in Abruzzo, Italy where Pecorino has been grown for centuries. In the mid 1900s Pecorino vines were largely pulled up in favor of higher yielding grape varietals but in recent years the grape has been enjoying a resurgence of appreciation. The wine is 100% Pecorino fermented and aged in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts to create a true expression of the grape.
