In November 2024, the brewers aged our Imperial Stout CERBERUS in two types of barrels. Half went into Jamaican rum barrels, which gave it a particularly boozy and spicy note. The other half went into Maple Syrup Ex Bourbon barrels. These are very rare and difficult to obtain, but we managed it. Ultimately, the blend of these barrels was the best, and the brewers bottled it
