Our valve and installation kit replaces the original unit with a pressure/vacuum operated piston valve

With our testing results indicating a temperature drop of 25°C and of course the increase in power that you would expect from a much larger cooler charge

This was tested on the third pull on the dyno compared with 40°C on the second pull at 6647RPM with the stock cooler in place

There are two key changes from that kit

Dog Bone (Twisted) Engine Mount Bush Kit

The coupler connects the boost pipework to the intercooler ( see diagrams below ) This replacement eliminates the problem of the OEM couplers blowing apart
