Also certified organic and biodynamic. Fuller yellow, but clean and clear. Closed on the nose. Very restrained also on the palate but with massive intensity and a fresh backbone, Fresh apples, a limestone bench, not at all a sultry Btard but really fine. A little fresh aniseed to finish. I would have liked to spend quite a bit

but it goes well with the additional flesh to be found in a Tête du Clos
