Wall Plate XLR 3 Pin Transmitter A4941This 3 pin XLR UTP transmitter wall plate sends signals to compatible Redback UTP solutions receivers. It converts a balanced XLR signal to an RJ45 connection suitable for transmission over Cat5 6 UTP cabling. The input level is DIP switch selectable, and the input volume is adjusted via the volume knob on the front. The unit is powered from 24V DC, which can be connected to the DC socket on the rear, or it can be supplied through the Cat5 6 cabling
